The “New” Scientific Method: Informal Dialogues in Proscriptive Knowledge

this is a use-case scenario for my expertise locator. suppose i had a hypothesis for curing, diagnosing, preventing, or

detecting cancer or specific types of cancer through the regulation of mood or mood disorders. moods that are based on the

hormonal glands within the human body, such as the lymphatic and so forth. furthermore, that acupuncture in and around

these glandular areas stimulates the pain-reducing hormones of the body naturally thus eliciting biofeedback to these

glandular areas.

within this text there are several choice keywords i can look for such as: lymph, cancer, acupuncture, mood disorder,

supposing i retrieve a list of 1000 contacts for each keyword, and supposing half are n/a or not available to the system or

are not responsive to the collective information system. and supposing another half are listed as away or occupied at the

moment and thus likewise not available, with another half either not qualified to answer, thus several segments up to %95

percent of this so-called scientific “spam” list are n/a leaving 5% available on demand or on-call to this system from each

keyword consisting of about 10-20 people trained, trainers, researchers, sufferers, families of sufferers, available to the

system on the internet.

this is likened to the new scientific method where originally at first there is a literary review where usually a search

engine such as library or google search engine is used, in place this is another search technique that is useful for

cross-disciplinary studies or where there is an area of study that is lacking in the organization.

another use-case scenario: lexis/gis search capabilities. i am currently undertaking this research myself. however,

theoretically i could enlist the aid of this search engine to find those interested and qualified in legal research and gis

topical information system maps to develop a gis legal research system that not only searches legal documents by keyword

but can perform a variety of gis functions to answer for example is there more legal disputes on average in a city by the

theoretically the scientific method under such a general hypothesis would not only be limited to out-of-pocket expenses or

in the case of volunteer studies the will and imagination of the groups along with their access to resources.
thus a new scientific method that objectifies and encapsulates expertise, and knowledge into searchable index
