Divorce w/ Alimony

does anyone remember the famous ’80’s TV show, “Married with Children” depicting the pitfalls and travails of modern suburban domesticated family life. It was nearly a feast for the FCC censors because of it’s vulgarity but survived to the viewing consumer. I would as a caveat attest to the lesser known consequence of this (pseudo-legal) arrangment being, “Divorced w/ Alimony”. It was an unspoken clause in my formal legal study that not one person could survive against liability in one form or another in a suit based on a uniform %100 application of the law. This type of frontal assault ambush is reserved most often for divorce cases where overtures of gratutity are formalized and compensated for in formal monetary terms often expending the roster of hostilities.
