Domat-al-Jandal & the Sphinx

has anyone come across an egyptology publication referencing the roots of islamic religion in the architecture based on the position of the sphinx resembling the prayer posture for mecca. however, I checked and mecca is actually, quite precisely, 10 degrees south x 10 degrees east or rather pointing to a city known as Domat Al-Jandal, a notably ancient city of historical ruins and coincidently matches the significance of the number 10 in jewish kabbalah meaning worlds or in this case the two worlds. given that the lack of a nose on the artifact is quite telling that it may have been an ancient nose job for a type of nose bulging in the center characteristic of the jewish people.
