NASA: Last in Colored Hiring

according to the figure below, NASA was dead last in minority hiring. the labor spread of black & minority hiring is musical, with high confidence given to blacks in housing, foreign affairs, labor, & education issues & low confidence in hi-tech, and actuarial issues.

furthermore, the lo-confidence given black engineering suggests that the retirement of the shuttle due to black hiring practices that likely went overseas to russian designers instead of the pronounced & parahosted blacks at boeing subservient to affirmitive action hiring practices.

also, regarding hi-confidence rated hiring in such areas as housing, education, & labor, this may be politically motivated to induce them as a voting bloc for the sake of deadweight hires in areas of keen concern for blacks.
